关于文东记

1979年,程文华先生在牛车水的,一个小摊位开始经营粤式鸡饭小吃生意。因为他的招牌白斩鸡,嫩滑爽口,深获好评,加上程先生又非常注重;员工服务素质,所以很快地就得到,很多食客们的青睐,于是在家人的支持下,程先生于1983年,在马里士他路开设了,第一家“文东记”

餐馆开始营业后的第二年,就获得很多老饕和餐饮界人士的好评及赞赏。不久后,文东记就在麦波申路,黄埔西,里岜岜利路,张振南路和东海岸路等陆续开了多家分店。
