关于文东记

1979年，程文华先生在牛车水的，一个小摊位开始经营粤式鸡饭小吃生意。因为他的招牌白斩鸡，嫩滑爽口，深获好评，加上程先生又非常注重；员工服务素质，所以很快地就得到，很多食客们的青睐，于是在家人的支持下，程先生于1983年，在马里士他路开设了，第一家“文东记”

餐馆开始营业后的第二年，就获得很多老饕和餐饮界人士的好评及赞赏。不久后，文东记就在麦波申路，黄埔西，里岜岜利路，张振南路和东海岸路等陆续开了多家分店。
